- 6-8 CarbSmart™ potatoes
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. basil
- Rinse and dry CarbSmart™ Potatoes and slice into cubes.
- In a large bowl add potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and basil. Mix together until well combined.
- Place butter and potato mixture in Crock-Pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours
