Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped parsnips
- 2 cups chopped Klondike Rose® Potatoes
- 2 cups whole brussels sprouts
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 2 cups chopped turnips
- 1 cup chopped onions
- ½ C. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. fresh sage
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
- Sea salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Put all chopped vegetables into a large baking dish. Toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender and golden brown.
