- 1.5 lbs. Klondike Gourmet® Potatoes
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Place potatoes in a Ziploc bag. Add oil and garlic. Toss until coated.
- Pour onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Roast in oven for about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
